6th Degree Black Belt, Professor Roy Harris 2 Day BJJ Seminar
you missed 2019, but don't worry
he'll be back in 2020!
Adaptive Movement Parkour presents 6th Degree Black Belt, Professor Roy Harris. A two day seminar with one of the original "Dirty Dozen" (first 12 Non-Brazilian Black Belts) and one of the highest ranked American instructors in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Professor Roy Harris is a Black Belt under 8th Degree Professor Joe Moreira and is known for his early adoption of Leg Locks, Wrist Locks, Pressure!, a standardized testing curriculum, and a BJJ over 40 curriculum. Harris Jiu Jitsu focuses on sustainable training methods, rather than quick "hits" of success. This seminar will not be an eclectic mix of Professor's favorite techniques as you find in some seminars, but rather a structured, well thought out training progression to build consistently repeatable, measurable skillsets. You won't want to miss it!
