Parkour and Free Running
Learn to run, jump, climb, swing, flip and twist! AMParkour was CT's first Parkour gym so we know how to get your body moving in safe, fun, and effective ways. Whether you want a new hobby, want a great workout, want to get in touch with your primitive side, or simply want to learn cool moves to impress your friends (youtube "parkour fails" to see how that will work out for you), come on down and try it out. You won't regret it.
martial arts and Tricking
Adaptive Movement offers an incredible variety of martial arts for those looking for more fight than flight. The martial arts wing of AMP is known as "The Deep" because of the depth of knowledge and skill you will gain while training in Harris International martial arts. We offer classes in Jeet Kune Do Concepts (Bruce Lee's system of training], Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Tricking. We have classes specifically for Teens, as well as a women's only program. From functional to traditional, AMP has it all.

home School Day Program
